In February 2000 DanCell conducted a study for Symbios Capital (Banco de Santander) evaluating the radio, switching and backbone planning and development and the impact on the CAPEX and OPEX and viability of the operation in Chile.
DanCell provided a quick one week audit in Chile and reported the findings in meetings with Banco de Santanders in Madrid where it was used to suplement the banks internal evaluation and formed a vital part of the basis for decision regarding further investment.
