DanCell has conducted a feasibility study for building a green, mobile broadband network in Croatia which would enable internet access in all parts of the country. The feasibility study include a radio plan for parts of the country and sample site visits to verify the viability of the radio plan.
A detailed business model has also been initiated for the network and looks very promising. DanCell is currently looking to attract financing for the business case which besides being environmentally sustainable with approximately 10% of the CO2 found in traditional 3G designs also features a potential for excellent return on investments in the project.
