Danish operator TDC requested DanCell to conduct an audit of Eircell (now a part of Vodafone) in 1997 when TDC was looking at becoming a strategic partner for the Irish operator. The task included in-depth analysis of all aspects of the operations including but not limited to staff, market, customer relationship, network performance, regulatory issues, and simulations of various growth scenarios including the RF simulations to verify the technical viability within the given framework.
