| $200m Valuation |
DanCell contribution valued at $ 200M: In a recent newsletter we reported on the achievements by DanCell management and staff in designing and managing a 3G project with a historically low CAPEX of € 140/sqkm providing 97% area coverage in Denmark. The value of the operating company NMD has been established to US$ 200M after just two years of operation.
  
Two independent valuations were carried out by Scandinavian Bank Nordea respectively independent consulting firm Devoteam arriving close to a valuation of USD 200M. According to the latest annual report audited by international auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers the investments in the company has been mere USD 7.6M in the project (including auction fees for spectrum). Suggesting a comfortable return on the investment as DanCell CEO Erik Hornung modestly comment.
